During the past ten years, I have worked in economic development at the state and regional level, and as a private consultant in both New Hampshire and Vermont.  My specialty has been in securing complicated, multi-source public/private business financing for facility acquisition or expansion.  My economic development work has involved all aspects of  business assistance including project management, deal structuring, and the analysis of business financial statements and operations, as well as providing assistance in developing business plans.
